  14.           TIMESET 6.00A is an interim upgrade of version 6.00, incorporating the
  15.           following changes:
  16.  
  17.                o    A spurious busy signal that occurred when the
  18.                     Hayes ULTRA and similar modems (e.g., Practical
  19.                     Peripherals PP9600SA) were configured to return
  20.                     extended result codes has been corrected.
  21.  
  22.                o    The noise detection procedure has been modified to
  23.                     prevent spurious noise detection with certain
  24.                     modems.
  25.  
  26.                o    An error in reporting the NIST's count of days
  27.                     remaining before the switch to daylight saving
  28.                     time has been corrected.
  29.  
  30.                o    The program's commercial communications
  31.                     subroutines have been replaced with newer and
  32.                     faster versions.

  36.           The TIMESET 6.00A package should contain the following files:

  43.                                     toll-free modem call (does not apply
  44.                                     to those who have already registered
  45.                                     for version 6.00).

  47.                o    CLKDRV10.SYS -- Strickland driver for add-on slot
  48.                                     clocks
